I would love to get into forensic dentistry.

What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
I have an artsy side and love to zone out on craft projects… I need to update my vision board.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
I have worked in oral surgery since 2004 and my favorite thing about my job is the people. Every day I interact with all kinds of different personalities. I love the challenge of easing someone's worries or providing input to teammates to help them navigate challenges.

If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Pico, Azores, Portugal because that’s where my dad originally is from, and I’d love to explore my heritage!
If you weren’t doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
Professional dance choreographer.
What one word best describes you?
Resilient.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
Partner dancing. I have over 25 years of studio experience and discovered the fun of country dancing 8 years ago! I met my husband out dancing and that’s something we do every other week since we’ve met!
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
Being in the Dental Field since 2019, I really enjoy curating a wonderful environment for my patients and staff while providing a balance of helping others and problem-solving. While keeping everything organized and running smoothly, I want to ensure our patients feel comfortable with their treatment. I take pride in my position and enjoy providing our superior patient experience with our incredible doctors!
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
I’d love to spend a week in Iceland to see the Northern Lights and explore it's amazing landscapes.
If you weren't doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I’d be a radio DJ. I love music, connecting with people, and keeping the energy positive.

Dependable.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
I have a knack for remembering random trivia. I’m everyone’s go-to for quiz nights.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
My favorite part of my job is connecting with patients and making their day easier. I’ve been working in customer service and client support for over 10 years.

If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
Italy. I love cooking and would spend as much time stealing time in the kitchens of local grandmothers learning their traditions and tips.

Marine mammal enrichment.

What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
I am naturally skilled at creating with my hands, whether its through cooking, writing or sculping with clay.
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
15 years. I love the sense of purpose that comes from helping others and being trusted to handle complex situations with care.
If you could spend a week anywhere in the world, where would it be and why?
If I could spend a week anywhere in the world I would go back to Japan for the 3rd time! I would visit all my old friends there!
If you weren't doing what you do today, what other job would you have?
I've always dreamed of owning a cafe on a busy street corner in some small town. You know, the place everyone goes and everyone knows everyone? And no one cares what the special of the week is because they are all good!!

One word that describes me is empathetic, positive or happy. I always look at the other side of the coin, I always consider the other perspective and my grass is always green.
What are you surprisingly good at/what is your hidden talent?
My hidden talent is scuba diving and piloting small planes! I love to travel to other parts of the world but in a three dimensional way. Land, sky and sea!
What is your favorite thing about your career/job and how long have you been doing it?
My favorite thing about my job is the people. Coworkers and patients alike. After all, we are in this together whether at home, work or play.

I would choose to spend my week in Bali, Indonesia . I would choose this places because I would love to experience their culture, but also because the surfing is amazing in Bali and I have always wanted to go and surf there.
What one word best describes you?
I would have to say multitasking, I am able to start 3-4 tasks at the same time and complete them all quickly but with high levels of quality as well.
